Heady citrus notes give way to a juniper heart and a refreshing fruity late note all smoothed with honey from St. Ermin’s rooftop hives. Designed to remind you of your time spent with us and to be enjoyed either neat or paired with your favourite premium tonic, a slice of grapefruit or sprig of rosemary and plenty of ice. Enjoy!
